Sharing Session "Invest Today, Secure Tomorrow" With Mandiri Sekuritas Marks The Closing Of PT Semen Indonesia International's One Decade Celebration

As part of the closing of events celebrating the 10th anniversary of PT Semen Indonesia International (SII), the company held a Sharing Session with Mandiri Sekuritas under the theme "Invest Today, Secure Tomorrow" at the Signature Lounge, The East, 18th Floor, Jakarta, on Monday (29/6/2026).

This activity is one of the company's commitments to improving financial literacy and encouraging employees to start planning for their future through wise financial management and investment.

GM of Human Capital & Corporate Office of PT Semen Indonesia International, Isma Junida, stated in her remarks that "this moment is very important for expanding our knowledge of investment. By understanding how to manage finances and invest early, we can prepare for a more secure future and create financial wellbeing," she said.

Present as a speaker, Norman Yudha Andreswara, Literacy & Education at Mandiri Sekuritas, shared insights on financial planning and investment as steps toward achieving a more secure financial future amid economic uncertainty and global geopolitical conditions. Norman presented the Financial Priority Pyramid, which consists of meeting basic needs, managing debt properly, having an emergency fund, having insurance protection, saving regularly, and finally investing to achieve financial freedom. Norman also introduced three of the most common investment instruments in Indonesia: mutual funds, bonds, and stocks. According to him, each instrument has different characteristics, risk levels, and potential returns. Therefore, the choice of investment instrument needs to be adjusted to one's financial goals, investment time horizon, and individual risk profile. Closing the session, Norman quoted Warren Buffett: "If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die."

This activity was not only part of the company's anniversary celebration but also a momentum for all employees to improve their financial literacy and build investment habits from an early age, so as to create long-term sources of income and strengthen financial resilience.

The event continued with a thanksgiving ceremony for the 10th anniversary of PT Semen Indonesia International, opened with remarks from R. Trisandi Hendrawan, Acting President Director, who said, "These 10 years have been a special journey. Today we can look back on how SII was first established in 2016. I am very grateful to have been part of this journey with all of you, following the ups and downs of our performance achievements until reaching this one-decade milestone," he said. This was followed by a joint prayer with the management team and all employees, continued with the symbolic cutting of the 10th anniversary cake as an expression of gratitude for the company's journey over the past decade.

The atmosphere grew even livelier with employee performances at DENADA (Dekade dalam Nada). Various performances, prepared with great enthusiasm, successfully entertained the audience and served as a manifestation of the spirit of togetherness and collaboration among SII's people.
